NYS TRAINING - Global School of Leadership

Global School of Leadership

Facilitators
Dr. David Ogbueli – President, Global Leadership Institute
Uchora Udoji – Lagos Business School

Today’s opportunities, and also the greatest challenges we face, are global in nature and therefore demand leaders who are also global. Truly Global Leaders are persons that live by high ethical and moral standards. They act as bridge builders, connectors of resources and talent across cultural and political boundaries – relentlessly dedicated to finding new ways of creating value while upholding global best practices.

At the global school, we teach amongst other things:

  • ·         Becoming a person of value
  • ·         Self-evaluation and improvement
  • ·         The greatest secret of success (life is predictable)
  • ·         The lifestyle of Benjamin Franklin (time management)
  • ·         The secret of transformation (pain as a instrument of growth)
  • ·         The undiscovered power of conversion
  • ·         The principle of system development
  • ·         Understanding and managing organizational behavior
  • ·         Strategic thinking and planning
  • ·         Human resource management
